Toddler Sports Acrobatics

In this fun and unique class, be prepared to move, stretch and bounce. The fundamentals behind U.S. Gymnastics Tumbling and Sports Acrobatics are taught in a fun, safe and structured environment. The children learn individual skills that they can also do at home and with partners. Gymnastics floor tumbling basics are introduced, and moms & dads can be part of the fun. Similar skills are introduced on the tumble track trampoline keeping this exciting class a definite highlight of the day. Eventually, beginning trampoline skills are taught on an Olympic size U.S. Gymnastics trampoline with the use of safety lines

Sports Acrobatics for Young Children

This is a great class, full of movement, stretching, bouncing, flipping, balance skills, handstands, and acrobatics. Students encounter a multitude of acrobatic moves, teamwork, and balancing acts not only as partners, but also as groups of 3 or 4 people, as well as individually. Gymnastics floor tumbling is taught along with similar skills on the tumble track trampoline. Additionally, Trampoline skills are taught on an Olympic size U.S. Gymnastics trampoline with the use of safety lines. With the student's dedication and will, along with instructor approval, students can apply these skills to join a competitive Sports Acrobatics Team at their qualified level.

Youth Sports Acrobatics

In this exciting class, be prepared to move, stretch, bounce, flip, balance in a handstand, and learn partner acrobatics individually and with each other. Students encounter a multitude of acrobatic moves and balancing acts with partners, groups of 3 or 4 people, as well as individually. Gymnastics floor tumbling is taught along with similar skills on the tumble track trampoline. Additionally, Trampoline skills are taught on an Olympic size trampoline with the use of safety lines. With the student's dedication and will, along with instructor approval, students can apply these skills to join a competitive Sports Acrobatics Pair, Mixed Pair, Girls Trio, or Four-Man Team.

Adult Sports Acrobatics

In this very popular class, be prepared to move, stretch, bounce, flip, balance in handstands, learn partner acrobatics, individual skill and various team work. Students encounter a multitude of acrobatic moves and balancing acts with partners, groups of 3 or 4 people, as well as individually. Gymnastics floor tumbling is taught along with similar skills on the tumble track trampoline. Additionally, Trampoline skills are taught on an Olympic size U.S. Gymnastics trampoline with the use of safety lines. With serious dedication, along with instructor approval, students can apply to join a competitive Sports Acrobatics Team as a Men's or Women's Pair, Women's Trio or Four Man Team.

Youth Juggling Class

Students at any skill level may join this fascinating class that offers traditional juggling and so much more. Juggling skills are taught with a variety of apparatuses, including balls, rings and clubs. More diverse juggling skills including bounce juggling and contact juggling are also taught. Creative Manipulation isn't just a fancy word for juggling. These skills include Cigar Boxes, Diabolo (Chinese yo-yo), Poi and Plate Spinning. Partner skills and group juggling may also be taught. With a proper skill set and student motivation, participants may learn about stage presentation and choreography from a real pro. Taught by Dharmesh Bhagat.

Adult Juggling Classes

Participants at any skill level may join this stress relieving and fun class that offers traditional juggling and so much more. Creative manipulation includes beginning to advanced instructions on Poi, Diabolo (Chinese yo-yo), Cigar Box manipulation, and Plate Spinning. Juggling skills included involve juggling clubs, balls, rings, partner passing and group juggling choreography. Additionally, students learn about contact juggling, bounce juggling as well as showmanship in a non-competitive environment. Taught by Dharmesh Bhagat.

Mime Classes

Internationally-acclaimed Mime Theatre artists, T. Daniel and Laurie Willets, have ben hailed as "Two masters of the exotic and magical art of mime...", "Extraordinary artists...", "...incredible performers.", and the praises continue. Mavericks in keeping the art alive and appreciated through there international touring performances, guest master classes and guest residencies, interdisciplinary collaborations with artists as well as composers, conductors and musicians, Daniel and Willets have the sixth sense of understanding there audiences and performing beyond what one might thing this art should be. They take classical music to another dimension in concert. They work and consult for the industries of motion pictures, animation, magic and for individual performing artists. Their passion and dedication is admirable and praiseworthy. They and their unique style of Mime and their insight to the Art of Mime should be highly supported.

Mime is a universal art that crosses language barriers to communicate emotions, ideas, concepts and the abstract through stylized movements of the body. Students will learn and explore this unique art of physical expression and how to apply it to live performance.

General Circus Classes

This diverse class is filled with a multitude of disciplines, which cover all the bases for a well rounded taste of everything circus has to offer. Students experience some Aerial Circus Arts, Juggling and Manipulation, Sports Acrobatics & Tumbling, as well as Unicycle, Stilt Walking, Balancing Acts, Trampoline, Clowning & Physical Comedy and so much more. Skills are taught in a safe, non-competitive environment at the level of the student. There's so much to introduce and practice, we've made the class 90 minutes of joy, with an on-going plan of ever-changing skills so the class is always fresh and new. When students like something in particular, specialized classes are offered right here at MSA, or private lessons can be arranged!
